What is extrait de parfum?
CEO OUD fragrances are created in extrait de parfum concentration. Extrait is generally a more concentrated fragrance format, designed to provide a rich and longer-wearing scent experience. Actual performance can vary between fragrances and from person to person.
How long do CEO OUD fragrances last?
Longevity and projection depend on the fragrance, your skin, the weather and how it is applied. Each product page explains the fragrance’s scent profile and any specific performance information available. Applying fragrance to moisturised skin can sometimes help it remain noticeable for longer.
How do I choose the right fragrance?
Start with the scent profiles you normally enjoy. Choose fresh citrus or aromatic fragrances for something clean and uplifting, vanilla and gourmand perfumes for warmth and sweetness, or woody, musk and oud fragrances for a deeper presence.

Are your fragrances for men, women or unisex?
CEO OUD offers men’s, women’s and unisex fragrance options. These labels are helpful guides, but fragrance is personal and several scents can be enjoyed regardless of gender. We recommend choosing according to the notes and scent profile you prefer.
Can I try a smaller size before buying a full bottle?
Selected fragrances are available in smaller sizes, allowing you to experience the scent before purchasing a larger bottle. Available options are displayed on each product page and may vary depending on stock.
Using and storing your fragrance
How should I apply my fragrance?
Spray the fragrance onto pulse points such as your neck and wrists, then allow it to dry naturally. Avoid rubbing the fragrance into your skin, as this may affect how the scent develops.
How should I store my fragrance?
Keep your fragrance upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and significant temperature changes. Proper storage helps protect the fragrance and maintain its quality.
Why can a fragrance smell different on different people?
A fragrance can develop differently depending on skin type, body temperature, environment and individual skin chemistry. This is why testing a fragrance on your own skin provides a better impression than smelling it only from the bottle or on a paper strip.
Orders and delivery
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Free standard UK delivery is available when you spend £60 or more. Other available delivery options, charges and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout before payment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The available delivery methods and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Returns and problems with orders
Can I return a fragrance purchased online?
You may notify us that you wish to return an eligible online order within 14 calendar days of receiving it. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
For a change-of-mind return, the fragrance must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, with the seal intact. Please read our Delivery & Returns page for the complete policy.
What should I do if my order is damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Email ceooud@gmail.com as soon as possible with your name, order number and clear photographs showing the issue. Where possible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. This request does not affect your statutory rights.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If an item qualifies for a return, you can return it and place a separate order for your preferred fragrance.

Can I experience CEO OUD fragrances in person?
Selected CEO OUD fragrances can be experienced at Surrey Quays Shopping Centre in London. Opening dates and times may change, so please check our latest Instagram updates before travelling.
