At CEO OUD, we stand behind the quality of every fragrance we produce. Your satisfaction and confidence in our brand is important to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The seal must remain intact

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will:

  • Offer a replacement or full refund
  • Resolve the issue as quickly as possible

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 working days for funds to appear

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different fragrance, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
