We want ordering from CEO OUD to be simple and straightforward. Delivery information appears below. UK delivery
Available delivery options, estimated timeframes and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Free standard UK delivery is available when you spend £60 or more.
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Delivery delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email ceooud@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can investigate.
Returns and refunds
For eligible online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Opening packaging does not automatically remove your right to cancel. However, if handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary and causes a loss in value, including through spraying or using a fragrance, we may make a proportionate deduction where permitted by law.
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return cost where we informed you of this before purchase. CEO OUD does not offer direct change-of-mind exchanges; return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Depending on the circumstances, your remedies may include a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction. CEO OUD will bear reasonable return costs where goods do not conform to the contract.
Purchases at Surrey Quays
Face-to-face purchases at our regular Surrey Quays retail stand do not normally carry an automatic right to a refund or exchange merely because you change your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.
